Now here is how the organization will function
In order for the specific purposes to be fulfilled in a way that will serve humankind, certain basic principles must be understood to be functioning at all times and in all parts of the Center.  The Center and its subsidiaries are not about any one agenda.  It is about increasing the functioning of the whole system that we are all part of to the advantage of all of humankind and our environment.  It is about bringing individuals to the point that they are working at their optimum in their local areas and weaving all activities together into a bigger whole through cooperation.  In order to do this we will seek support from the general public, governmental agencies and other nonprofit corporations.

The Center and all its branches and subsidiaries will act as an integrated System which is organic in nature.  It will be a living, integrated organism just as each individual is a living cell within the larger body of humankind.  That is, it will be open to growth in all parts of it and no part will deter the growth of any other part.  Therefore, certain principles are necessary for continuing growth, adaptability and survival of the Center.

These principles are as follows:
1. There will be no secrets with respect to any events or circumstances in or about the Center.  Therefore, information will be exchanged among the sections and subsidiaries of the Center at all times.
2. Control will be from the bottom up by simple, multiple, independent acts done in parallel.  That is, each separate component of the Center will be empowered to make decisions relevant to their area and the individual empowerment will end up empowering the whole.
3. To create a sustainable organization, things must be arranged so that the more we create, the better it gets.  In order to do this, the Center and all its subsidiaries will think in terms of Cultivating Increasing Returns in all areas.  That is, every principle, idea, model or skill will be chosen to reinforce the individual and, thereby, the organization.
4. To create a complex System that works, one must start with simple systems that work.  Complexity is "grown" not instantaneously created and the System will grow by incrementally assembling simple chunks or modules that can operate independently if necessary.  The "ordering" of the pieces at each "center" will depend as much on the individuals selected to work at the Center as it will on the pieces which are available there.
5. Evolution and growth will not happen without both the diversity and heterogeneity that exists at the "fringes" of experience and brings in the full range of life.  Therefore, each part of the System will Cultivate those "fringes" by remaining open to new ideas and new approaches to the work.  This attitude and procedure will then create the situation where the parts of the System are constantly adjusting to change that is neither chaotic nor overly static and stable.  Everything will then be done and done well and there will be a continuous striving for doing things better.
6.  Trial and error is the key to evolution.  In order to find what works, we occasionally need to find out what does not.  Therefore, each part of the System will develop the ability to Honor Their Errors.
7.  In order for the complex System to continue to exist and grow, each part of the Center will be an adaptive system that will be open to a multitude of functions and multiple goals.
8. Since humankind and their world are constantly changing and adapting, the Center and all its parts will accept the fact that "Change Changes Itself" and change as it adapts to changes around it.
